Homebuyer Financial Readiness

Financial readiness beforethe homebuying decision.

Buying a home is one of the largest financial decisions many people make. Before focusing only on the property, it is important to understand whether your finances are organized and positioned for the next step.

The work

Understand your position before anyone asks you for it.

Montgomery Advisory helps prospective homebuyers understand the financial side of homeownership so they can enter conversations with lenders, real estate professionals, and other advisors better prepared.

We work with your actual numbers — what comes in, what leaves, what has been saved, and what is already committed elsewhere. The point is not to predict what a lender will decide. The point is that you understand your own position well enough to ask good questions and recognize a good answer.

For self-employed buyers, much of the work is documentation: what the returns actually show, what the business records support, and what will likely be requested.

Yes. Financial-readiness services can help organize and review documentation commonly relevant to homebuying discussions.
Can you also help me with the real estate purchase?
