Business Tax Preparation

Entity returns prepared from books we can stand behind, with the owner-level consequences explained before anything is filed. Filing season should confirm what you already knew about the year.

What thislooks like

“Scope in writing,
before anything begins.”

  • S Corporation returns (Form 1120-S), including reasonable-compensation discussion and K-1 issuance.

  • Partnership returns (Form 1065) with partner K-1s and allocation review.

  • Multi-state filings and nexus questions for businesses working across state lines.

  • Quarterly estimated tax calculations and year-end projections.

  • Prior-year, amended, and late business returns.

  • Pre-filing review with the owners, so the personal impact isn't a surprise.

Who It's For

S Corporations, partnerships, and multi-owner businesses in Maryland and nationwide that want their entity return and their owners' personal returns treated as one coordinated picture.

Pricing

Range-based flat fees set by entity type, number of owners, and state filings — confirmed in writing before preparation begins.

Questions we're asked

Anything not covered here is fair game during the initial consultation.

Which business returns do you prepare?
S Corporation returns on Form 1120-S and partnership returns on Form 1065, including single-entity and multi-state filings, with K-1s issued to owners.
Do you also prepare the owners' personal returns?
Frequently. Preparing both sides means the K-1 flows through correctly and the two returns are looked at as one picture rather than two separate errands.
Our books aren't closed yet. Can you still file?
We'll close them first, or reconstruct what's missing. Filing from unreliable records tends to cost more later than doing the cleanup now.
Can you handle quarterly estimated taxes?
Yes. Quarterly estimate calculations and projections are available on their own or bundled with ongoing financial management so there's no surprise in April.

Let's start with a conversation — no obligation beyond it.
